Oh Deer! Learn to Process Your Meat

November 9 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Learn how to process your deer harvest!
You’ll learn how to take complete control of your meat production and forego the processor! Experts will share tips, recipes and venison to take home! This is a very hands-on class where you’ll be participating every step of the way. Please register below for each individual participant and pay online here. $20 Non-Refundable Registration Fee. Friends Members are Free.
Please meat in the lower level classrooms of the Horicon Marsh Education & Visitor Center. Located at N7725 Highway 28 Horicon, Wisconsin. The center is located between Horicon & Mayville on Highway 28.
